Jackson Hewitt Executive Appointed Treasurer for Council for Electronic Revenue Communication Advancement (CERCA)
Michele Geraci to serve in second Board position; Previously served as Secretary
PARSIPPANY, N.J., May 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Michele Geraci, Vice President of Tax Development for Jackson Hewitt Tax Service(R), a leader in the tax preparation industry, was appointed Treasurer for the Council for Electronic Revenue Communication Advancement (CERCA) for a one-year term, ending April 2010. CERCA is a not-for-profit trade association founded in 1994, which represents a broad cross-section of the electronic tax filing, IRS systems modernization, and state electronic revenue communities. Geraci, a CERCA Board member for nearly five years, served as Secretary from April 2008-April 2009 prior to accepting her new role as Treasurer at the CERCA 2009 Spring Meeting held in Arlington, VA on April 30th.
